The Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa is a deluxe hotel located on the

available 24 hours to cater to the individual needs of the guests.
Please note: A $12.00 per day/per room Exclusive Benefits Fee not
included in rates, and is due upon check-out. This fee provides for
unlimited access to the Spa and Fitness center, high-speed internet
access in all guest rooms, unlimited use of tennis courts, daily
in-room coffee, daily newspaper, unlimited local and toll-free calls,
incoming faxes, second housekeeping service and a shuttle to select

Cancellation
Policy, hotels.com. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any
CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation
Policy period, a charge of one- Night's room rate, tax recovery charges
and service fees will be assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows
or early checkouts. Property Cancellation Policy: 5 DAYS. You must
present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the
time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us.
Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted
rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not
guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late
arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well
as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking,
phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and
