Cancellation
Policy, HRN, Inc. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any
CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation
Policy period, a one-night Charge will be assessed. No refunds will be
made for no-shows or early checkouts. *Cancellation for 2004 will be
6pm with the exception of special event dates : 5/28-30, 6/18-20 and
8/8-6/4 which will be 60 day cancellation. Property Cancellation
Policy: 24 HRS*.
You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your
credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are
only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they
will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and
smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and
is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room
charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any
incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will
be handled directly between you and the property. |
